Rippa offer a 12 months Parts warranty with all Eco models and 3 year with the Pro models.

Lets face it, your interested in Rippa equipment due to above competitive prices being in cases nearly the cost of half of its next Japanese powered counterpart. One of the areas that can bite you when you buy single units as a new buyer from overseas, is they have your money and most times your in the dark if something goes wrong.

That’s why our customers chose us a registered Rippa agent, we are located in Carlisle, CA4, Located near the Scotch Border. We can help service, maintain and repair your machine if you wish as well answer technical questions. We have technicians with over 24 years experience performing equipment maintenance.

One of the great things about Rippa, is that it is so easy to do normal service like engine oil, hydraulic fluid changes and so on. Below is a video showing how easy it is. Just look at the quality of the welds vs the competition.

But lets face it, what happens if a pump fails, or the engine has an issue? Your engine warranty is with Kubota (RS06) or Yanmar (RS20) and there are service centers all over the United Kingdom.

Regarding pump failures, we will reach out to Rippa in China as all machine have a 12 manufactures parts warranty, and let them know your issue. If they agree, we will send you a pump at no charge, except for shipping.

We will help with engine issues and will replace pumps given approval from Rippa as we will stock pumps locally. If you bring your machine to us, we will repair/replace it for you. We will also service the machine if requested. Our current hourly rate is £60/hr. plus materials and we don’t use book time, as our technicians are way faster.

Yanmar’s 2 year engine warranty used on the RS20 is the 4TNV98C-PLYS: 2 year warranty.
